The city supplied the home owners with some pipe and other supplies. The Heppers says they are not blaming the city, they just want help paying for the repair….
Commissioner Bryan Smith moved a motion to provide one-thousand dollars to help the homeowners defer the costs…
The Heppers and Erickson were looking for approximately four-thousand dollars or half of the roughly eight-thousand dollar repair bill.
