Approximately a half dozen similar building’s around Lucklum’s Frontier Drive neighborhood have similar roofs and none of those neighbors expressed opposition. The variance was approved on a four-one vote with Kludt voting against. The second variance filed by Joe Grafsgard was for the construction of of an addition where a setback would be two feet beyond code. All four Commissioners voted in favor of that variance. The Commission also approved a final payment on a concrete project and continued to work on the 2016 City Budget.
