Beadle County States Attorney Mike Moore says the two youth are facing charges of third degree burglary, ingesting a substance of the purpose of becoming intoxicated and intentional damage to property. The remaining two are facing the identical charges. Moore says the only recommendation during sentencing his office will make is regarding restitution….
Moore says they had good participation from those affected during a meeting for the victims last week…
Over 120 vehicles were reported damaged over a two week span in Huron. The four males were arrested April 18th. Found during the arrest were BB’s and a BB gun along with a cash register reported stolen from a local Asian grocery store. Court appearances for the remaining two juveniles are also Wednesday.
