Even with the recent increases in gasoline prices, the average US household is still expected save several hundred dollars in gasoline costs this year compared to last year. US Energy Information Administration spokesman Jonathan Cogan says their new report shows a savings average of $710 per household.
US commercial crude oil inventories are already at the highest level since 1930, and Cogan says they’re expected to continue growing over the next two months.
The average gas price for regular is Huron is 2.31 a gallon . Across the region, prices average as follows:
