Short Agenda For City Commission

The Huron City Commission only has a handful of items to consider when it meets for it’s regular weekly meeting. Commissioners will hold a public hearing on a special event on-sale alcoholic beverage license filed by the Crossroads Hotel for the Heartland Pool and Dart Tournament at the Huron Arena. They will also consider a rental lease contract with the City of Mitchell for the city’s Wild Cat Screen. The second reading of an ordinance declaring the Southtown Addition as a redevelopment neighborhood is the last item on the main agenda. There are no scheduled work sessions however there is a scheduled executive session item for a personnel matter. The Huron City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 PM in the Commission Room of the Huron Municipal Building. The meeting is open to the public.
