Bragg says the 15 beds being donated is likely the largest number of beds he’s donated in his nine years of participation in the Home for the Holidays program. Agencies receiving beds include Community Counseling Services, Lutheran Social Services, Huron Head Start, Huron Public Schools, Central Prairie Red Cross and Helping Hands. American Lutheran Church, Mount Calvary Church and Holy Trinity Catholic School all assisted in providing bedding for the twin and full size Simmons mattress sets. Slumberland of Huron has donated over 50-thousand dollar worth of bedding and accessories in the Huron area.
