A Huron man, arrested after a brief stand off with police last month has pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. Police arrested 50 year old Erwin Wollman August 13th, after authorities were called to a home on the corner of Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue for a report of a male who brandished a firearm with two individuals inside. Police said the individuals, described as residents of the home feared for their safety at the time and called police. Wollman was arrested at the time on charges of aggravated assault and commission of a felony with a firearm. A trial for Wollman on the disorderly conduct charge is scheduled for October first.
