The 4-H exhibit hall being planned on the South Dakota State Fairgrounds in Huron could be getting cozy with the South Dakota National Guard. District 22 Representative Dick Werner says the idea was broached during Appropriations hearings on Thursday….
Werner told the crowd assembled Saturday for the Huron Chamber’s Coffee with the Legislators forum, Huron’s National Guard Armory has been in place for a long time….
There are plans for a new heating and cooling system in the Huron Armory that will cost around 168-thousand dollars.
