City Engineer Mike Wever told the Commission the area of new development in Southwest Huron has multiple reasons to expand the city’s snow route system…
City Attorney Jeff Banks told the Commissioners they could make the ordinance effective immediately following second reading next week if the Commission felt it was a matter of health and public safety. Wever asked that the city go easy on residents on the new snow emergency routes since it could take some time for the Traffic Department to mark the route with new signs. Residents in the area will be given additional notice of the pending changes.
