One More Night For Christmas Basket Program

Tonight will bring to a close the 65th time Huron has gathered to help the Salvation Army’s Christmas Food Basket program. Pledges going into the final night are sitting at 30-thousand 787 dollars. Last year, well over 53-thousand dollars was raised for Christmas Food baskets to be distributed to families in need during the holiday season. Taking to the stage at 6:30 PM tonight are Huron Middle School seventh and eighth grade band, Holy Trinity Choir of Angels, the Vio Tars, Mount Olivet Church and closing out the night will be the James Valley Christian School Band. The Christmas Basket program is held at the Huron High School Auditorium and is free to attend. Those unable to attend in person and view the program online at www.christmasbasket.us.
