PUC Looking To Change Rules For Grain Buying

Nelson says the Commission also turned down a request by the South Dakota Grain and Feed Association to waive part of the rule requiring a farmers signature. He says instead they decided to proceed with a new rule and will hold public hearings on that proposal in July…
