Performance Radio owners Duane and Barbara Butt announced the creation of the Linda Marcus Scholarship in honor of Marcus. The 1000-dollar scholarship will be awarded annually for the next 10 years to a graduating Huron High School senior. Details of the scholarship will be announced at a later day. The first scholarship will be awarded to a member of the Class of 2014. Marcus last duty as G-M was to throw the switch on the new Tiger 95-point-three F-M. Tiger 95 is a translator simulcast of 1340 A-M KIJV. The musical format on KIJV has moved from oldies to Top 40 contemporary music, similar to the former Z-105 F-M
