Huron resident Cliff Hadley was referring to an story printed in an April 22nd edition of a Huron newspaper referring to comments made by Aylward and incoming Commissioner Gary Harrington during a campaign appearance together.   Harrington says the responses given were about the communities perceived over use of executive sessions…
