Neitzert says it appears most of the occupants of the vehicles were wearing seat belts at the time, helping to reduce the severity of injuries in the crash. And while police were finishing up on the south end of town, two cars came together on the NORTH end of Huron….
Neitzert says roads were dry at the scenes of both accidents and he reminds motorist to use caution as snow moves in for Thursday.
