Landmark says most station outlets selling diesel, including Sioux Valley Coop, are being rationed at the present time using an allocation system…

He says retailers are trying to hold the cost increases back as long as they can, but that when fuel inventories gets scare, price changes are needed to offset demand.  Landmark says that’s something retailers don’t like to do.  Ironically, while diesel prices have been rising, gasoline prices have been in decline…
