Huron Man Indicted By Davison County Grand Jury

A Davison County grand jury has indicted an 18 year old man from Huron for his role in burning a vehicle in Mitchell.  According to court documents Patrick Red Legs and Jeremiah Hart of Mitchell are accused of burning a stolen vehicle and intentional property damage on September 9^th.  The vehicle was taken Huron and driven to Mitchell where it was burned.  Both charges are punishable by up to 10 years in prison and or a $20,000 fine on each count.  No court date has been set.  Red Legs is charged in Huron with Grand Theft for his ro
