Many companies and their employees are watching and waiting to see what happens with health care reform. The Supreme Court ruled in June that the individual mandate, passed in the federal reform, is constitutional as a tax. The outcome of the November election will also have an impact. States have been mandated to develop health insurance exchanges for those workers and others who don’t have coverage.
