Former DM&E Chief Speaks On Transportation Commission Role

Kevin Schieffer of Sioux Falls has been appointed to the state Transportation Commission by Governor Dennis Daugaard.  Schieffer was formerly Chief of Staff to Senator Larry Pressler, US Attorney for South Dakota, and President of the D, M & E Railroad.
