FCC Changes View Harmful To South Dakota By PUC Head

The Federal Communications Commission has said it will spend over one hundred million dollars over the next three years helping expand high speed, broad band internet services. It will be done through the “Connect America Fund.”  South Dakota Public Utilities Commission Chairman Chris Nelson says it won’t help, and may hurt rural areas…
