ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) – A two-year-old boy injured on a South Dakota farm is expected to make a full recovery. Spink County Sheriff Les Helm says the boy was caught between a truck and a trailer Sunday afternoon while his uncle was working on some fence. The boy was airlifted to a Sioux Falls hospital. Helm says the boy’s mother told authorities that his injuries were NOT life-threatening. The Sheriff says the matter has been ruled an accident. No specific location or town was given.
