Tourist Sign Rules Go Back To DOT

After some confusion over new proposed sign rules, and technical difficulties with the DDN video conferencing system, the Rules Review Committee of the South Dakota legislature this week put off action on changes to the states tourist oriented directional sign rules. Hunhoff says two motions to advance the rules died for a lack of a second, and then she decided to send the rules back to the Department of Transportation…
