Quarter Millon Dollar Lotto Ticket Sold In Huron

The South Dakota Lottery says a Mega Millions ticket sold in Huron has made someone a quarter million dollars richer. Kelly Thompson with the South Dakota Lottery says the ticket was sold at a conveinence store, but will not release which store it was until the winner comes forward. The Winning ticket for the March 23rd Mega Millions drawing matched all five white numbers but missed the Mega ball to pocket the 250-thousand dollars second prize. The Winning numbers from last Wednesday’s drawing are six, 17, 19, 20 and 21. The Mega Ball is 20 and the Megaplier is four. The odds of winning the 250-thousand dollar second prize are just under one in 4 million. A ticket in Sioux Falls matched four of five white numbers to net 10-thousand dollars in the games third prize. Ticket holders are advised to sign the back of the ticket and put it in a safe place, then contact a South Dakota Lottery office in either Sioux Falls or Pierre. Winners have 180 days to claim their prizes.
