A severance package includes one-thousand dollars for each of the 18 years Raschke served as manager. Randy Stanley was appointed as acting Chair and Carol Millen as acting vice chair. The James River Water Development District will begin the process of finding a manager and two Board members immediately Dave Bartel has been named acting interim manager until the boards next meeting March 14th
