Hertel told the Commission he expects the State Fair to end the Fiscal Year at the end of July in the black and expects to be able to increase some of the budgets that have previously been cut back to because of cuts made by Governor Dennis Daugaard last year. Hertel expects entertainment to be one of many areas to see budget increases. The State Fair, via it’s Facebook page also hinted at the release of some Grandstand entertainment information on Wednesday.
