FCC Looking Into Complaints Of Dropped Calls

Nelson says since much of the problem is outside the state, the PUC does not have any authority. He says they have appealed to the Federal Communications Commission…

One report said between April 2010 and March 2011, complaints increased two thousand percent about poor service and dropped calls.
