Moore says the recently passed Juvenile Justice Reform bill, Senate Bill 73 from the 2015 Legislative session, may actually work against the victims of the four male juvenile defendants….

Moore says a judge will end up having to determine if the suspects in the vandalism spree are charged under the current juvenile justice laws or new statues, if the cases last beyond July 1st of this year.
