Beadle County States Attorney Mike Moore is acting as special prosecutor for Hughes County in the case against Mccahren. Moore says if the case is placed in the juvenile system, Mccahren would be adjudicated and classified as a delinquent child…

Mccahren is charged with murder in the death of 16-year-old Dalton Williams on December 19th of last year. An aggravated assault charge has also been filed in the case.
