2012 Economy Looking Positive

It appears the economy in the region will continue to grow in 2012. That’s the bottom line from the economic forecast released this week by the Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank.  Regional economist Toby Madden says most signs are pretty positive…

Madden says manufacturing is another strong sector, although there are concerns about finding enough qualified workers for expanding businesses. The Ninth Federal Reserve District covers Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and the upper peninsula of Michigan.
